Lisa's Chop Shop

Lisa's Chop Shop

After coming back from traveling at the age of 26, Lisa was feeling lost with her life. Her intuition and a wise friend convinced her to leave Red Deer, Alberta and move to Vancouver to become a hair stylist and work at The Chop Shop. She learned everything she could about the business, showed up at the front door and started sweeping floors. She worked for free until one day the owner gave Lisa an opportunity to start styling hair. Her hustle turned into a full-time job with the company she set out to work for.

A little after 8 months of finishing hair school, Lisa was approached to become the first franchisee of The Chop Shop. Today, Lisa owns and runs Lisa’s Chop Shop in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
